Our Essential Plan provides full-service property management for owners seeking professional oversight with flexible add-on services. This plan includes:
- Rent collection and payment processing
- Resident communication and support
- Maintenance coordination and vendor management during standard business hours
- Lease enforcement and violation follow-up
- Owner communication and financial reporting
- Ongoing property oversight
Please Note: Inspections, lease renewals, and after-hours maintenance coordination still take place as needed, but are billed separately per the fee schedule below.

This fee covers the initial onboarding and setup of your property, including:
- Account setup and owner portal activation
- Property documentation intake
