Referred clients are still your customers and will promptly be referred back to you should they decide to purchase or sell their property in the future. We pay you for property management referrals.
Getting Paid for Referrals
The following are Referral Fees paid to Realtors for successful Referrals with in the calendar year. Owner Referral for Property Management:
- $500 for the 1st referral
- $700 for the 2nd referral
- $900 for the 3rd referral
- $1,100 for the 4th referral
- 5 or more $1,600 per owner!!!
Referral Fees will mailed no later than 25 days after the beginning of the lease to the Broker
