I was born and raised in West Michigan. I am driven by my passion to serve Jesus no matter where that finds me. I love working along side my husband as we pursue our dream of building a strong and intentional property management company together. Lake Michigan Property Management is not just “a job” but a passion we have been building from the ground up.
I am blessed to have 5 beautiful children! If I am not working, you will find me hitting up CrossFit, helping my kiddos with their homeschool, cheering them on at the soccer fields, or performing renovations at home or at our personal rentals with them tagging along!

Molly
Maintenance Manager
With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the skilled trades, Molly brings a rare mix of technical expertise, problem-solving instincts, and down-to-earth grit. From HVAC and appliance repair to machining and general maintenance, she’s tackled just about everything the field can throw at her—across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Molly is thrilled to kick off her next chapter with Lake Michigan Property Management Company. She’s excited to be part of a team that values communication, dedication, and genuine care for its residents—qualities she’s proud to share.
When she’s not fixing things or keeping properties in top shape, you’ll likely find her chasing adventure—whether it’s fishing, camping, or enjoying time outdoors with her husband. Molly’s motivated, loyal, and always ready for the next challenge (especially if it comes with a little adrenaline).
Scarlett
Leasing Coordinator

Scarlett has been a faithful assistant inside the LMPMC office. No matter what she finds herself doing, she goes above and beyond. If there is a challenge, she is up for the task. She plays a VITAL role in making the “behind-the-scenes” function. If she isn’t busy at LMPMC she’s chasing her sweet little toddler around the house, coaching middle school volleyball, reading, and being with her friends and family.
Kaden
Lead Groundskeeper
Kaden is our Lead Groundskeeper at Lake Michigan Property Management. He’s a recent graduate of Allendale Public High School and will be attending Ferris State University this fall.
Kaden brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent people skills to the team. We’re thrilled to have him leading our grounds crew and look forward to the positive impact he’ll continue to make across our properties and with our residents.
Outside of work, Kaden enjoys spending time outdoors—especially golfing and fishing.
Gerardo

Gerardo is a trusted and hardworking maintenance professional who consistently delivers top-quality results with a kind and approachable demeanor. Known for his go-getter attitude, Gerardo tackles every task with enthusiasm and determination, ensuring the job is done right the first time. As a preferred vendor, Gerardo has built a reputation for reliability and excellence, forming strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Whether handling routine maintenance or addressing urgent repairs, he approaches each project with care, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Ayden
Groundskeeping
Ayden H. We’re excited to welcome Ayden to the Lake Michigan Property Management groundskeeping crew! Ayden will be starting as a freshman at Liberty University Online Academy this fall.
He’s using his time on our team to grow his knowledge and skill set within the company, with a strong interest in both property care and professional development. Ayden is enthusiastic about helping make each property look its best and brings a great attitude to every job.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer and hanging with his friends and family.

Director of MaintenanceWith a diverse background spanning regenerative agriculture, groundskeeping, general maintenance, and skilled trades, Tyler is committed to providing exceptional service no matter the task at hand. He is grateful to serve the West Michigan communities alongside a supportive team that puts people before profit. Raised just outside Ann Arbor, Tyler now enjoys life near Lake Michigan and spends much of his time outdoors — photography, golf, gardening, running, and time with friends and family, especially as the “fun uncle” to his young niece.

leasing coordinatorMy first love is Jesus, my second love is being an aunt to all my nieces and nephews, and my third love is being in the mountains, wherever they may be. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and photographing birds and nature. I enjoy working for LMPMC because the owners are exceptional, and the team environment is both supportive and united by shared goals. The culture here is truly rare to find. We strive to encourage one another, support each other, provide constructive guidance, all while remaining committed to serving our residents with excellence.

lead groundskeeping/MaintenanceAt 20 years old, he graduated from Ludington High School in 2023 and relocated to the Grand Rapids area in October 2025. He recently joined the team at Lake Michigan Property Management, where he brings a strong work ethic and a passion for lawn care, taking pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained landscapes. Outside of work, he enjoys all things sports, especially football, baseball, and hockey. In his free time, he can often be found golfing, fishing, hiking, or spending quality time outdoors with family.

GROUNDSKEEPINGAyden H. is a valued member of the Lake Michigan Property Management groundskeeping team. As a student at Liberty University Online Academy, Ayden continues to build his knowledge and skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience in property maintenance. He has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and takes pride in helping keep our properties looking their best. Outside of work, Ayden enjoys fishing, dirt biking, playing basketball and soccer, and spending time with his friends and family. We're grateful to have Ayden on the team and look forward to watching him continue to grow.

CLEANING SPECIALISTWith more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning services, I bring a strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and client satisfaction to every role I take on. Throughout my career, I have built lasting relationships by taking pride in my work, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every space is clean, welcoming, and well cared for. I am proud to bring that experience to the property management industry, where I enjoy working as part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and maintaining well-managed communities. I believe every detail matters, and I strive to make a positive difference for residents, clients, and colleagues each day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 35 years, our adult children and granddaughters, and our two fur babies. I also love relaxing at the beach and appreciating life's simple moments.
