Ben Hoffman
Broker/Owner
GVSU Alumni with a passion for real estate investing and property management. Ben started out buying, renovating, and managing his portfolio. As his passion for the business grew, he began managing for friends and family. That is when LMPMC was born. With almost 10 years of experience in the property management business, Ben has an deep knowledge and understanding in the market and the property management business. In the beginning years, he took on the hardest properties to learn how to bring success in the places no one else wanted to go.
If he isn’t at the office, you will find him enjoying time with his business partner/wife and 5 kids, competing in Crossfit competitions, mowing the lawn, or golfing.
Becky Hoffman
Director of Maintenance
I was born and raised in West Michigan. I am driven by my passion to serve Jesus no matter where that finds me. I love working along side my husband as we pursue our dream of building a strong and intentional property management company together. Lake Michigan Property Management is not just “a job” but a passion we have been building from the ground up.
I am blessed to have 5 beautiful children! If I am not working, you will find me hitting up CrossFit, helping my kiddos with their homeschool, cheering them on at the soccer fields, or performing renovations at home or at our personal rentals with them tagging along!

Scarlett
Leasing Coordinator

Scarlett has been a faithful assistant inside the LMPMC office. No matter what she finds herself doing, she goes above and beyond. If there is a challenge, she is up for the task. She plays a VITAL role in making the “behind-the-scenes” function. If she isn’t busy at LMPMC she’s chasing her sweet little toddler around the house, coaching middle school volleyball, reading, and being with her friends and family.
Molly
Maintenance Manager
With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the skilled trades, Molly brings a rare mix of technical expertise, problem-solving instincts, and down-to-earth grit. From HVAC and appliance repair to machining and general maintenance, she’s tackled just about everything the field can throw at her—across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Molly is thrilled to kick off her next chapter with Lake Michigan Property Management Company. She’s excited to be part of a team that values communication, dedication, and genuine care for its residents—qualities she’s proud to share.
When she’s not fixing things or keeping properties in top shape, you’ll likely find her chasing adventure—whether it’s fishing, camping, or enjoying time outdoors with her husband. Molly’s motivated, loyal, and always ready for the next challenge (especially if it comes with a little adrenaline).

Ayden
Groundskeeping
Ayden H. We’re excited to welcome Ayden to the Lake Michigan Property Management groundskeeping crew! Ayden will be starting as a freshman at Liberty University Online Academy this fall.
He’s using his time on our team to grow his knowledge and skill set within the company, with a strong interest in both property care and professional development. Ayden is enthusiastic about helping make each property look its best and brings a great attitude to every job.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer and hanging with his friends and family.
Kaden
Lead Groundskeeper
Kaden is our Lead Groundskeeper at Lake Michigan Property Management. He’s a recent graduate of Allendale Public High School and will be attending Ferris State University this fall.
Kaden brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent people skills to the team. We’re thrilled to have him leading our grounds crew and look forward to the positive impact he’ll continue to make across our properties and with our residents.
Outside of work, Kaden enjoys spending time outdoors—especially golfing and fishing.
